About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by The DevHub International, a software development agency based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms. They cover the website only — client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Content ownership
Everything on this site — text, design, graphics, code samples, case studies and imagery — belongs to The DevHub International or is used with the permission of its owner. Client names and logos shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear with their consent.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and share links to it freely. You may not:
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
- use the contact form to send spam, marketing or abusive content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or the infrastructure it runs on;
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights.
No warranty on site content
The content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and nothing on the site constitutes professional advice for your specific situation. Case study figures reflect individual engagements and are not a promise of equivalent results.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The DevHub International name, wordmark and site design are our intellectual property. Open-source software referenced or used on this site remains subject to its own licences. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to our trade marks or other intellectual property.
Links to third parties
The site links to third-party websites — social profiles, client sites and tools we reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the date at the top shows when that was.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
